You may:

• Download and use our applications on devices you own or control

• Access and use features as intended for electrical calculations and documentation

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our applications
• Use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our services
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the application's functionality

3. Professional Use Disclaimer

Our applications are tools designed to assist qualified electrical professionals. Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they hold appropriate electrical qualifications and certifications
• Verifying all calculations and results independently
• Complying with all relevant regulations including BS 7671
• Using professional judgment in all electrical work

ElecCerts Software Ltd does not replace professional expertise and judgment. Always consult current regulations and use appropriate test equipment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, ElecCerts Software Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Any errors or omissions in calculations or documentation
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the application in the 12 months preceding the claim.
