In‑App Account Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the ElecSnap GBR app.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompts to permanently delete your account.
What happens: Your ElecSnap GBR account is deleted from our authentication system. Any cloud‑synced data tied to your account (if applicable) is scheduled for deletion. Photos and reports stored locally on your device are not automatically removed—please delete them from your device if desired.
Email Request (If you can’t access the app)
Send an email to support@eleccerts.co.uk from the address associated with your account with the subject “ElecSnap GBR – Account Deletion”. We may ask you to verify ownership.
Processing time: We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What’s Deleted
- Your sign‑in credentials and account profile.
- Any server‑side data linked to your account (e.g., sync, analytics identifiers).
Locally stored data (photos, PDFs, exports) remains on your device and in your own backups and can be removed by you at any time.
